Walked a bit more and ran last 2 Saturday's. Will only walk today because of recent snow. Still cold and icy with lots of snow on the ground.
131.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
