Well, today I hit a new milestone. For the first time in more years than I can remember, I am out of the 220 lb range and now am in the 2 teens range at 219.5 lbs. Right now I have lost 21.5 lbs and am esctatic. Praise God in His Infinite Grace who gives me the strength to complete this task.
