The weekend was a bit tough on 28-day diet. Had a cup of soup last night instead of the eggs and toast. Lost 2 kg in the first week and lost 5cm on my waist and 6cm on my stomach, 1cm on my thighs, and 1cm on my hips. Super proud of myself. Another 3kg to go to reach my 5kg loss this month.
