Good morning Melissa! I thought about you during the heat wave in Oregon and Washington. We had hot weather as well in Northern California but since it happens all the time it doesn't make the news outside of our local stations.

Thank you so much,shir! I'd like to see some bigger movement downward, but I know cloths are getting looser and I am increasing the weight I am lifting every week. :) Things are happening.
