I almost forget to weight in today.

Yesterday my weight was 75.2kg, today after whole day dry fast yesterday, my weight went down to 72.2kg.

Compared to the day after whole day dry fasting,

on Tuesday after full day dry fasting on Monday, my weight was 73.3kg

then on Thursday, after fasting on Wednesday, my weight was 72kg

then today, after yesterday fast, my weight was 72.2kg

So technically I didn’t lose weight today, but weight loss is always not linear.

Next week I will do alternative day dry fasting again, then I will see the result.
159.2 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week

you dumb fuck, you can't lose weight that fast with any sustainable method. you either make the commitment that you're gonna maintain this shitty fasting routine for the rest of your life or just wait for all that weight to just come back rolling right in. find an exercise routine to help you burn more calories and stop fasting like a bitch

Fasting is unsustainable, of course, but it’s undeniable that fasting helps with weight loss. My plan was to lose weight with fasting, and maintain that weight by diet. Fasting alone for weight loss is stupid. I completely agree with you. :)
