I think my scale is off today....
135.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes it is! I am almost to my weight when I was in the Police Academy 30 years ago! Lol I didn't eat as much yesterday but still thats a big drop! Dont want to lose anymore at this point.. just trying to maintain. I Will continue to monitor it...Thank you!
