Upon my 5th day of no changes in numbers, I’m thrilled @ a half pound loss. Just 1.9 lbs away from the “healthy” BMI!
156.9 lb Lost so far: 11.1 lb.    Still to go: 21.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
