Someone needs to bust out the Rocky soundtrack, because I have done it! I have entered my fat burning zone of autophage … burning the fat stores of my 2nd to last baby and Covid. I’ve had a 20/4 Intermittent Fasting plan with a 1600 calorie intake. It’s calories in /calories out mathematics. I now just need to string together a few days and continue with my exercise.
