Kinda expected this after last week’s emotional eating. It’s not that bad so I’m happy. Starting the 1000 skips a day for 7 days challenge. Wish me luck 🍀 will post results here (lol doing this so my FatSecret family keeps me accountable)
159.0 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
