I don’t understand why my weight decreased this much. I ate less but not this less.
Today I went shopping and bought a lot of thing, and today accidentally became cheat day.
I decided to fast tomorrow, because today I really ate a lot.
I ate a lot of mango paste, baked bananas with syrup, baked bananas, a bun with soy paste, apples, sweet potatoes, papaya salad.
The bun filled with soy pastes (I think it’s mung bean pastes, because peeled mung bean is yellow like soy) presumingly has egg, so it’s the only thing that has some fat in it, other things I ate didn’t have much fat.
So tomorrow I will fast to reset everything back faster.
