I don’t understand why my weight decreased. Yesterday I roughly tracked my calories and it came out that I ate more than 2000cal yesterday. I should’ve gain weight, because I live quite sedentary live now, can’t go out due to the pandemic.
Anyway, today I will track my calories as precise as I can. I will try to keep my calories around 1500cal each day, then I will look through the result how much I lose weight averagely this week.
