So encouraged!! Ate out and went to movie and the scale still liked me. Lol. Checking nutrition facts on my phone online for the meals @ the restaurant we are going to has helped me so much!
163.9 lb Lost so far: 4.1 lb.    Still to go: 28.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
