Today stepper fb+14. Was hard. Think legs were tired from doing weight loss circut yestrdy. It has alot of lunges. Very happy with weight today. Was at Beck's for wkd and still lost half pound. Did a good job watching what I ate and Beck's support with the healthy food helped.
