Well don't do it on the days you work, you probably do better food-wise those days anyway. No time to munch all day long then. You have to be tough and yet forgiving with your self. Forgiving if you're not perfect but tough in that you do push yourself and tell yourself no when you're making the third or fourth trip into the kitchen that night. And just because things do go perfectly is no reason to not reign it in. You can do this mom, you're strong enough to do this if you just keep at it and seek out the right help if you need it.
