I little bit sad about the 2lbs I gained, but have to show some compassion to myself. LES and hypothyroidism sucks!
159.1 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What's LES and hypothyroidism? How does that affect your weight goals?

(Systemic) Lupus Erythematosus. Currently I’m taking 6 different medications for both conditions, and several of those have weight gain as side effect. And lupus hurts my joints and muscles, so physical activity is very limited. It’s so difficult to keep balance between food intake and things that I can actually do to lose weight.
