I am starting a 30 day guns, buns and ab challenge today. I have done it in the past and it's a good way for me to get motivated. I had my 12 yr old daughter take some before pictures for me. Since I want to see changes in muscle definition, I only wore a bra and panties. Ewww is all I've got to say. I swear I didn't think I looked THAT horrendous in the mirror! I pray this helps! :)
