Ok I got to start drinking more water! It is very important and daily gelatin 2 times a day morning on an empty stomach and night on a empty stomach before bed.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 23.3 lb a week
