I have been suffering with severe depression lately, and so just kinda let things go. Hopefully the worst is past, and I will be back on track. Really want to lose the weight, just got to be stronger 💪 I CAN do this!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 32.1 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
