Sure I am not doing this right
183.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1830 kcal Fat: 60.21g | Prot: 63.35g | Carb: 257.32g.   Breakfast: Unsalted Butter, Farmhouse White Bread, Crunchy Nut Corn Flakes, Semi-Skimmed Milk, Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk. Lunch: Roasties , Gravy Granules, Green Peas (Frozen) , Carrots , Potato, Chicken Breast. Dinner: Chocolate. Snacks/Other: Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk. more...

It really depends on your goal. If you google BMR you can write how much you want to loose and by when and it will correctly calculate the calories you need per day based on your weight and height. This will then put you in a calorie deficit and combined with regular physical activity you will start loosing consistently.
