And today my weight went down.

Yesterday I ate a little bit of cherry apple and jackfruit before second lunch while cooking it. Everything else was pretty great.

I’m a bit upset to myself that even I eat very very big meals whole day, I still feel hungry, I feel like there is a black hole in my stomach. 😅

So I’ve come up 2 solutions for this. First option, I should gradually decrease meal volume, or, second option, buy more fruits to fill that black hole. 😂

And, no surprise, I will choose the second option. Even I eat as much as this my weight still goes down, so why not!? 😂

Today the gym receptionist told me that while sweating I smell a lot. For me I can say that my body is quite odourless, but I may be wrong, some people can’t notice their smells, I may be one of them. If I’m smelling, the cause can be the garlic that I add to my diet recently, but I never heard that garlic cause body odor, I only heard it causes breath odor.

Well... it wasn’t compliment. Today I was told that again by other receptionist. Do you have any advices for me, Bernard?😣

Haha, was just kidding. One possibility could be your gym tops: Some clothes easily emit odour when wet with sweat. Solution: Get new tops or apply essential oil. With constant use, the oil will have the bonus effect of associating your mind with workout intensity thus faster warmup and performance.

All my clothes are made from polyester, I don’t like cotton. So the sweat drys out very fast. I’m all aware that I sweat a lot and have strong body odour, but after I lost weight it’s getting better. Unfortunately that my gym doesn’t allow oil usage. But during the fasting I won’t exercise, I will boringly stay still and be as much lazy as I can. So my body odour won’t cause any trouble if I’m staying home. I’m think to return to the crystal deodorant, potassium alum. It worked really well with cheap price. Maybe my body odour will get better if I don’t eat garlic 😓

Google "polyester shirt stinks" and you'll see the science behind it heheh.. I get my workout tops from Decathlon and other cheap sources so I can replace them without heartache when the smell gets bad. Yea, fasting will most likely 'reset' your body scent. When are you starting?

I consider today is the first day of dry fasting, I had my breakfast, drank a cup of water. And until now nothing goes in my mouth yet. I’ll stay with dry fasting for a couple of days, 3-5 days, at most, then stay on water fasting for at least a week then refeed. Do you have advices for me?

It's been 24hrs into your dry fasting? I had done a full days of DF thus far and several days of Intermittent DF. Re-reading Dr Sergey Filonov's book and doing meditation or resonance breathing would be useful.

I did my dry fasting only 2 days, not 3-5 days as planned, I can’t stand with the heat inside my body, it makes me unable to sleep at all. After this I’m going for dry IF but no food, only water. I don’t know if it’s better than normal water fasting or worse, but water limitation makes my blood pressure doesn’t go down too much. On dry fasting I don’t feel dizzy while getting up unlike water fasting.
