Stepper fb+ 14. Again it was hard but I did it. Prob stay NT. Weight is up again. Again I attribute it to too much sodium in the indian food I ate Sat & Sun and the soup & asian tofu from Whole foods. Eating out seems to be the root problem cause I can't control how much sodium is in the food.
135.8 lb Lost so far: 26.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
