It's very hard to stay away from sugar - but at least I'm eating one healthy meal a day and I'm rarely hungry. I need to replace the meal replacement shakes though because I think the sugar content it too high!
259.5 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 83.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
