Yesterday I’m the evening I went to a wedding ceremony as had dinner there. I ate meat and fish too, which I normally staying vegetarian. So my diet yesterday crashed all rules, such as plant based, vegetarianism, no salt, no sugar, no oil.
198.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
