My weights been going crazy since I started running more. I haven't been stressing since I read up on post workout weight gain. Logged 21000 steps yesterday by just walking to errands that were a mile or less from my home instead of driving.
180.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
