Here we go again, over the weekend I decided that today will be the start of me working on taking the weight off. It's been over 2 years since I could run on my bad ankle and after some testing the other week, I am going to try and get to the Gym 2 - 3 times this week and run.
My goal is to be under 250 by August and ultimately land around 220.
Here we go.
