I have a requirement of 1800 cal per day, I would like to know whether to spend only 500 cal for breakfast alone, okay? how many calories do you spend on your breakfast?
161.6 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
