Well I weighed this morning first thing and I lost 1 pound in 1 week. I was pretty upset over that weight. I know I didn't gain the weight over night, but for the last week I have been counting calories and really stuck to it and this is what I get. I didn't do any exercises, so my husband says that's the reason-so this week I will do some sort of exercises and I will try harder to stick to my allotted calories. WISH ME LUCK:)
