Went Zumba class yesterday. Haven't done any exercise for 4 month so I was expecting some aches and pains. For my surprise only slight tightness on hip and stomach, I am fitter than I thought.
Amount of food I'm eating is same but losing weight steadily since cut out wheat. So far so good
138.5 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.3 lb a week
