Losing weight, slowly but surely...I have been struggling with these same 3 lbs for a while, so when I can get under 155 again I will feel like I'm making progress. I'm down about 1.5 lbs so far...assuming it's not water weight.

I have been eating some carbs because my exercise program is pretty intense, and I'm training for a tri, so I need carbs before and after my workouts. 100-150g/day seems to be a good level for me.
156.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week
