The day before yesterday I weighed 206 because I just ate whatever I wanted. I lost motivation to discipline myself from eating things that would slow my weight loss. But yesterday I watched a lot of weight loss transformation and gain back my motivation to continue for my own transformation. In the morning I weigh myself and saw 206lb meaning I gained 1 pound. I drank apple cider vinegar with Lemon and Cheyenne pepper. And an hour later after the drink settled, I made a veggie stir fry with chicken and scrambled eggs with cheese on top. Then after 6 hours with just drinking water and tea I got hungry so I made myself a yogurt fruit bowl with vanilla yogurt and bunch of berries. After 7 hours I drank my apple cider drink once again and slept.
