This weekend I got a new scale - I was using an old needle scale and getting frustrated so I went out and purchased a digital. I am guessing that this difference has existed throughout my weightloss and would be that this scale is more accurate to the doctor's scale anyways.

I am willing to accept the difference in weights and will have to just use this as my next starting point. Here's to another great week of weight loss! :D
236.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 56.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
