Been doing IF 20hrs with Keto since Jan 4. Starting to do Exercise a few days ago 200 standing knee to chest 200. Today 2/2/21 100 sit-ups with machine on easy setting 130
255.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 82.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
