I re-started weight watchers new points plus program. I have had an emotional hard year and I need to get control... I have gained 30# since I started fat secret over a year ago. :-( I also have a goal to do five 5K's by 5/5/11. the first ones will be walk/runs but my goal is to run a 5K this spring, and run a half marathon in October. Let the training begin!!!!!
