I remember reading on here yesterday where someone said the 10 pounds they lost still feels the same as the 10 pounds they had and that is so very true! Although it doesn't feel different completely I'm happy to be where I'm at. 🥰
140.9 lb Lost so far: 9.1 lb.    Still to go: 10.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
