I'm a little frustrated with this week and myself... I kicked up the exercise & closely watched what I put in my mouth. However, my weight has plateaued this week. This morning I ran 3 miles to see if I could sweat anything off and I was not in luck. Still teetering between 229-230. I'll have to be diligent this weekend and stick to my plan because my hopes are high for next week! :)
