Weight is melting off me. I think the game-changer is the new Fitbit I got. It's super motivating! Averaging 12k steps a day and doing evening stretches as well now. So so great.
193.8 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
