I have been sick with covid the past week, I am in bed all day, i eat healthy, oatmeal in the morning, salad, eggs. just about 3 meals a day and I'm loosing weight. maybe this will whip me into shape finally. I am not sure how long this will last, but I need to quarantine for another week, hopefully quarantine is not as bad as it seems.
