Weighed this morning but forgot to upload. Not unhappy with that result. New diet is working. Hope to see similar results next Sunday when I next jump on the scales.

Lockdown frustrating me, I really want the gyms to re-open. Training at home just isn’t the same, but, still no excuse to not train.

Hope everyone is good and feeling positive about their weight loss journey 😀
183.4 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
