Whole30 day 8 and still going strong! This was a big drop which shows how truly awful the weeks leading up to this were. 😬 This is a great motivator for me to keep going. Florida in June and my brother’s wedding in August makes me want to keep my eyes on the prize so I feel damn good about myself. 🤗
