I don't know why I just keep gaining, my average for the week is not that high and I am also exercising. I'm going to try to keep calories low this week to see if it makes any difference.
149.9 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
