Dal 21 Nov Low Kcal solo vegetali, legumi e pesce. Allenamenti prevalentemente anaerobici alattacidi con massimali e meno anaerobici lattacidi. Aerobico solo una volta a settimana.
164.9 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
