In all honesty I would say I have followed my work-week paleo pretty well. Not as well as I have in the first few months of being on it, but definitely leagues better then where I was at this time last year!

Greg has started on the Paleo work week now too so in honour of his discipline I am re-evaluating my strategy. We talked about some things and I gave him the run down, but these are the tweaks that I'm making.

- No more fri-sun of cheating 100%. Now we have a "Good Decisions" rule in effect from Friday night up to Sunday morning. We won't go Paleo, because often socially you just can't without being a bit of a douchebag, but we will make smart normal decisions like having a salad as a side instead of fries, drinking water before meals, and just not pigging out completely.
- after I have my 2 pieces of dark chocolate for dessert, I will brush my teeth and not eat anything again until I wake up the next morning!
- Always drink a glass of water before meals and when I get home from work. That's 4 glasses a day :D

OK that's about it. Weight loss is slow but I'm doing well with working out so I feel healthy and I think I am getting toned very slowly.

Here we go! Couples paleo!

Oh and to add my measurements which I did at the end of August:
Body Fat went from 26% in June to 23% in August
Weight from 153 to 145 (but it was all in fat because my lean muscle mass went from 111 lbs to 110.5lbs)
YAY! Fat is so flabby that it looks like I lost more than I did (mom guessed around 15 lbs even though it was only 8 lol)
143.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
