1996 kcal Fat: 74.17g | Prot: 153.45g | Carb: 184.39g.   Breakfast: Subway 6" Bacon, Egg & Cheese Flatbread. Lunch: Laughing Cow Mini Babybel Original Cheese, Pork Loin (Tenderloin), Baby Carrots , Sabra Classic Hummus. Dinner: Skinless Chicken Breast, Kikkoman Stir-Fry Sauce, Bell Peppers, Mushrooms, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Oil Roasted Cashew Nuts, Grandma's Oatmeal Raisin Cookies (35.4g), Plums , Bananas, Progenex Recovery. more...
