I completely forgot to write my weight for this morning.
After the day I cheated, I got back on track. Performed my workout well, and stuck with diet perfectly. My weight went down 0.4kg.
I don’t really know about myself, when I ate 2500cal/d my weight went down about 0.2kg/d, and now I’m eating around 3500cal/d my weight still goes down 0.2kg/d.
