disappointed in myself but not surprised especially knowing that I didnt keep track of my calorie count as much as I should have this 4 day weekend. but it's a new week so time to get myself back together before I completely give up.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
