I am starting a personal weight loss plan on today which involves cutting my caloric intake down by at least 20%. Even though I want to work primarily on diet, I also plan to exercise 3 - 4 times per week.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
