my scale seems to be dyslexic.. my lowest was a brief day weighing in at 135lbs but my motivation to workout and eat right has been lacking... I am now over my personal "max" and am feeling pretty unhappy with myself. I've been getting back into working out but I haven't been enjoying it like I was last month, now I feel like I just have to and it's been taking its toll. need to snap back but that's easier said than done
