Not bad, trying to maintain my weight now.
144.2 lb Lost so far: 80.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Light Vegetable Oil Spread, Nimble Wholemeal Bread, Tesco 50% Reduced Fat Mature Cheese, Tesco Smoked Bacon Rashers, Egg White , Egg. Lunch: Tesco Fat Free Greek Style Yoghurt, Better Body Foods Peanut Butter Powder, Stute Diabetic Strawberry Extra Jam, Hovis Nimble Wholemeal Bread, Tesco Mackerel in Curry Sauce. Dinner: Mission Wholemeal Mini Wraps, Frank's Red Hot Original, Tesco Light Mayonnaise, White Flour, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Elmlea Single Cream, Tesco Zesty Orange Dark Chocolate, Bragg Nutritional Yeast Seasoning, Air Popped White Popcorn , Cod Liver Fish Oil, Semi-Skimmed Milk. more...
