Looking forward to start back on the treadmill next week...bruised my feet in those long lines over 4 days in DisneyWorld last week!! I realize this weight loss I'm showing is merely body fluctuations...but it is nice to see the downward trend - I won't get frustrated once it starts bouncing around, because I understand that this is a process that takes time to bring off the weight successfully!
227.7 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 27.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
