Been exercising everyday, whether shoveling snow or skiing. Been eating junk, albeit in small portions. I've been bringing granola bars and fresh fruit for snacks, but when hungry I head to the cafeteria where there's really too much fried food. Been very diligent about keeping portions small
197.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
